Then I discovered hypnotherapy—and everything changed.

By shifting the way I thought and working with my subconscious, I finally broke free from the habits and beliefs that were holding me back. Life became lighter, clearer, and more meaningful.

Now, I help others do the same.

I specialise in helping people quit smoking, break self-sabotaging behaviours, and rebuild confidence from the inside out. I know how hard it can feel—but I also know how possible it is to change.
